Overview

We helped RBA with Agile transformation and implementing Agile values into the organization.

Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska brought us in to help with Agile transformation as part of a larger digital transformation.

We tackled Account Onboarding as a pilot project. The goal was to create a successful and self-organizing agile team in a regulated environment.

Challenges

Organizational Structure

The main challenge was the strict banking organizational structure. Account Onboarding team is a combination of people for different parts of the organization, it is a mix of finance knowledge and technical know-how.

Strict regulations

Given the organizational structure and regulations, a lot of challenges were in place for a team to become self-organizing and successful.

Benefits

After initial workshops and as-is scanning, our consultants and coaches created an Agile transformation plan.

After a few months of intense work, the team become self-organized and started creating value. The customers recognized this newly-created value.

At the same time, the organization started to adopt Agile more, creating several teams based on the Account Onboarding approach.

Outcome
