We are an award-winning, full-service software delivery agency from Zagreb, Split, and Frankfurt. This time we are looking for a Multimedia Content Designer (m/f/t), who will enrich our Marketing team. You would have the unique opportunity to take part in building-up our marketing department with tasks that guarantee your personal growth alongside our amazing projects.
The right one
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- A complete portfolio showcasing your skills and experience
- In-depth knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other applicable programs
- A creative problem solver who can take a project from ideation to completion
- Resourceful and proactive in figuring out what needs to be done
- Innovative but also able to follow creative direction
- Team player and love working as part of a growing team
- Understanding the importance of brand identity and creating multi-channel content with a cohesive brand voice
- Willing to bring ideas that will contribute to the growth of the organization
- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
The job
Key Responsibilities
A Team Player
Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to deliver high-quality creative materials.
Own Your Time
Ability to take direction, manage workflow, organize priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly execute creatives that are accurate and consistent.
Social Buff
Design and produce attractive scroll stopping multimedia content through promotional campaigns across social media and marketing channels.
Think With Your Head
Ability to think independently and formulate creativity that demonstrates an understanding to the brand strategy and applies to all areas of projects.
Digital Buff
Plan concepts and generate content ideas by consistently studying relevant trending information in social media and digital content.
Convey the Message
Create compelling digital assets that convey the brand identity and design direction.
Creative go-to person
Assist with creative needs including promotional materials, motion graphics, illustrations, social media graphics, video or motion graphic content, podcasts, presentations, photography, and other.
Play Nice
Explain, articulate, and present your creative ideas thoughtfully in a collaborative space while being open to giving and receiving feedback.
Sup’ Support
Support all phases of multimedia work: from preproduction, storyboarding, design, and production to post-production, and distribution.
All That Needs To Be Done
Prepare and manage relevant files, templates, and assets for all team members.
