Our Customer Success team is made of experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Testers and UX / UI Designers and ever-growing tech enthusiasts, which guarantee your personal growth alongside our amazing projects. This time we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/t), who will join our ranks!
The Scrum Master will join a team of highly skilled colleagues working on scalable web applications within an agile environment, working fully remotely if desired.
As a Scrum Master, you will be working with highly dynamic team of agile senior developers responsible for building high-quality frontend components.
As well as being a strong Scrum Master you will have the initiative and incentive to work in a complex environment involving multiple integration points and collaboration with other teams.

The right one
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar position
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Developed the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
Bonus points
- Certified scrum master
- Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working on different types of projects
Non-technical skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Open-minded team player, taking end-to-end responsibility to get things done
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and never afraid of learning to master new tools, technologies, and methodologies

Pave the way
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Fill in the blanks
Help the Scrum, PM and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Organize you must
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
On top of things
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Contribute
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Be supportive
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
