Duration of cooperation
It is possible, but no more than 50% of the project duration. If it’s remote work, the whole team joins for the project kickoff, an important milestone meeting.
Microservice architectures are not exactly breaking news to software development, but they did come into focus at about the same time as digital transformations in large organizations. Not by chance. Microservice architectures do not only solve technical but also organizational problems. They allow easier division of large systems and business problems into smaller parts and their independent implementation. This allows for smaller teams to work independently, whether in-house or provided by us.
There is no straight answer to this question. Our experience and practice show that Scrum guided teams of up to 7 people are optimal, provide the best collaboration, and have the necessary knowledge. If the project requires more people, our suggestion is to organize more optimal teams.
